All shipments are sent from Ft Worth TX,USA. Orders ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of order.
Shipping to Addresses in the US
When shipping to addresses within the US you have two choices:
First Class Mail (typically takes 3 business days to arrive)
Priority Mail (typically takes about 2 business days)
Home and Ground (can take up to 5 business days to arrive)
Smart Post (can take up to 8 business days to arrive)
Standard Overnight (arrives by end of next business day)
Please note, if you choose Expedited US you will need to provide us with a physical address at checkout, as FedEx cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
Your order will be shipped by US mail/Military Postal Service. Unfortunately we do not offer Expedited service to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping to Canada
When shipping to addresses within Canada you have two choices:
First Class Mail (typically takes 1-2 weeks to arrive)-no tracking is available with this method
Priority Mail (typically takes about 1 week to arrive)-tracking comes with this method
The above time frames do not account for any customs delays. Any duty or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. When entering your order, please include a telephone number for the recipient at time of checkout.

Removing Yourself From Our Mailing List
We make it easy to unsubscribe from our email list. Simply click the unsubscribe link in any of our emails. This will take you to an account management page. From there you can choose to unsubscribe. Removal is automatic. If you do not have a Huggalugs email from which to click an unsubscribe button, please contact us at email@example.com and we will manually remove you from the list.
Returns & Replacements
Huggalugs will gladly accept returns of new, unopened, unused merchandise purchased from huggalugs.com for a full refund. Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, specialty stores, or other online merchandisers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the original retailer. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and be accompanied by the original receipt with a reason for the return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. If your original receipt is not available, we will make a refund or exchange based on the current selling price at huggalugs.com.
If you are returning a gift, the return must be accompanied by the original gift receipt and will be made in the form of a Huggalugs Online Gift Card. If your original gift receipt is unavailable, we will issue the Gift Card based on the current selling price at huggalugs.com
If we shipped an incorrect item we will send the correct item with a prepaid envelope to return the incorrect item.
If you are making an exchange additional shipping charges will apply.
